How does consignment work at Collect DXB?
You submit details of your item, we authenticate it in our Dubai workshop, agree a list price with you, then photograph and list it on our catalog. When it sells, the final sale price is yours — we simply deduct our agreed commission and pay out the remainder to you. We handle verification, marketing, secure storage, and shipping throughout.
How long does the cash-offer payout take?
We pay you within 48 hours of receiving your item at our Dubai office, provided it matches the condition declared during the offer stage. The offer itself is typically issued within one business day of reviewing your submission.
Are there any seller fees?
The direct cash-offer channel has zero seller fees — the price we offer is the price you receive. For consignment, commission is tier-based by final sale price; exact rates are provided when we send your listing agreement.
What items do you accept?
We specialise in pre-owned luxury watches (Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, and similar tier), handbags (Hermès, Chanel), and fine jewellery and collectibles (Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels). Items must be authentic and in at least fair condition.
How does your authentication process work?
Every item is inspected by specialists in horology, leather goods, or collectibles. For watches, we verify movement caliber, serial numbers, bracelet and clasp hardware, and dial markings. For bags, we examine leather grain, stitching, hardware stamps, and interior construction. Findings are documented per item and used both to verify authenticity and to grade condition.
Can I get a valuation before committing to sell?

What happens if you decline to list my item?
If your item is authentic but falls below our minimum listing condition, we return it to you at no cost. If, however, our authentication team determines the item to be counterfeit, we are unable to return it: counterfeit goods are securely disposed of in line with our policy, and a disposal charge of AED 2,000 applies.
How is consignment commission calculated?
Commission is tiered by final sale price — lower percentages apply to higher-value items. The exact tier structure is sent with your consignment agreement; typical brackets run from the low teens on six-figure items to the mid-twenties on lower-priced items.
