Where is Collect DXB located?+
Collect DXB is headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Authentication, photography, and dispatch all happen from our Dubai workshop.
Do you ship worldwide?+
Yes. We ship worldwide from Dubai via tracked and insured courier. UAE delivery is typically 1–3 business days; GCC 2–5 business days; Europe, UK, and North America 3–10 business days.
What currencies do you accept?+
All prices are quoted in AED (UAE Dirhams). You can browse prices converted to USD via the currency selector at checkout; final payment is processed in AED via Stripe.
What is your return policy?+
Eligible items may be returned within 3 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, provided they are returned in original condition with all original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories. Buyer pays return shipping.
Is every item authenticated?+
Yes. Every item listed on Collect DXB is inspected and authenticated by our specialists before it goes live. We do not list items that fail authentication.
